Este reto me ayudo mucho a ser una mejor persona tanto fisicamente como mentalmente me he echo mas seguro de mi mismo y que en verdad puedes lograr tus metas si te enfocas en ellas yo iba de lunes a viernes al gimnasio,con el ejercicio diario y el uso de los mrp, los digestivos, los probioticos y una dieta balanceada logre perder peso y ahora mismo aun quiero seguir participando, quiero seguir dando siempre lo mejor de mi, quiero demostrarle a las personas que cuando en verdad lo deseas lo puedes lograr y hay que tener perseverancia y dedicacion y que las personas vean en mi a alguien fuerte y de confianza por lo cual seguire en este camino hasta alcanzar mis metas
