This go around in the 8 week challenge has been a rewarding one. Again I was shown how much I've grown since first joining the challenge. This was my first challenge where I had a friend doing (and finishing) with me. I was able to help her get some great results through the challenge. That's just a testament to how much the challenge has helped me grow, to the point where I can effectively help others.
Admittedly, during the challenge I lost focus a bit, and because of that, I didn't reach my desired goal. BUT, because of the good habits I've built through being in the challenge, I didn't gain any fat nor did my fitness level decrease. Not many people can say that they reached a better state in their health through a program, and was able to KEEP the weight off! This cycle I slimmed down a bit more and am starting to see TRUE abs, not the flabby ones I had in the past. My core has gotten much stronger. I've also noticed how my stamina (when it comes to running) has increased.
I ended this cycle with a ton of new motivation. I'm SO EXCITED to rejoin the challenge because of this fire lit inside of me. I'm ready to gain some serious lean muscle, to get ripped during the winter, and help others realize their much healthier self! Thanks YH for providing this vehicle for me to continually improve myself and to help others do the same.
