I started taking the YOR products and at the time I weighed in at 205lbs. I started drinking my MRP for breakfast and after my workout. In the morning I took one Complete Burn, and before my workout I took two. I would workout for an hour 4 times a week focusing on cardio and light weights. Immediately I felt a difference in my energy; I would be able to extend my workout for half an hour more.
