My overall goal for the challenge was to loose 10kg. I wanted to loose weight as I have put on a significant amount of fat due to poor lifestyle choices. I had tried everything to loose the weight but it seemed to stick. I have always been a reasonably fit guy but for the first time I was actually embarrassed at the state I had let my body get to. I started the challenge weighing in at 105kg and finished at 94kg. I started the challenge using the Go Green set to completely cleanse and change the inside of my body. I wanted to get rid of all the toxicity in my blood that was making me more prone to sickness, and making me have a lack of energy. Also I wanted to cleanse my digestive tract and be able to start absorbing proper nutrients instead of the bad foods I was eating. After four weeks of the Go Green set, I felt better then I have ever felt before. I had more energy, I had lost a lot of unwanted fat and my digestive health was feeling great. At this point I started to incorporate the MRPS with the Go Green Set. I was taken the products daily as per the recommended program I received with the products whilst having a MRP every morning and post workout. Once I started feeling the effect of the products I really took the next step to change my diet, I started to eliminate coffee and a lot of the other bad foods from my diet. I also started to eat a lot healthier. It was because of the increased energy I had, I was able to train twice a day. I was cycling 30 minutes every morning, and then doing a weight program specific to me building lean muscle mass each night. I would use Sunday as a rest day to give my body the required recovery it needed. These products have completely changed my life as I am no longer walking around tired and sleepy. My mental health has become a lot healthier, as well as my physical health. I have increased motivation to do more with my life and have been less down in the dumps due to my lack of motivation. Since taking the products I have found myself socializing with friends more as I now am not worried about my appearance and also have the energy to do so. Now the challenge is completed I cannot wait to continue using the products. I look forward to competing in the next challenge. I have seen the power of these products and I am already setting new goals.
