My name is Ryan, I'm from Melbourne, Australia and this is my second best body challenge. I did one earlier in the year with my wife Hollie and we did it together again this time.
Mid year we went on an overseas adventure for 10 weeks and after that long of enjoying ourselves a little too much we came back a little out of shape. So doing the best body challenge was the perfect way to not only get back into shape, but to get into the best shape of our lives.
I used the entire YOR Health product range. Supergreens as soon as I woke up. Vitamin and Digest with my bigger meals of the day. MRP for my afternoon meal. Berry blast pre workout. Probiotic and repair before bed.
I worked out 5 times a week, only weight training. I didn't do a second of cardio the whole time. The first 6 weeks I added lean muscle and lost a little fat, the final 2 weeks I carb cycled and dropped some pure fat.
I've got Crohn's disease and was told that I'd struggle to maintain or put on muscle due to not absorbing nutrients. Well I'm 96kgs now and 7% body fat.
