When I began this challenge, I weighed 158 and my goal was to lose 15 pounds. 15 pounds was a bit aggressive for me, but I knew if I dedicated myself to a lifestyle change with the introduction of exercise while using my Yor Health products it was possible. So, I am happy to say at the end of the first challenge, I met my 15 pounds weight loss goal.

My weight loss journey didn't start at 158, though. A month prior to the challenge I weighed anywhere from 168-172. My highest weight, prior to the introduction of Yor Health was 192. When The Challenge was announced, I was so excited because I knew it would keep me motivated toward my goal. That was always the problem. I would make some progressive steps, then fall back into the same pattern of poor eating choices combined with lack of exercise or a healthy physical lifestyle, and would just "yo-yo." But, over the past 8 weeks, I have become dedicated to a healthy product regimen, a new exercise philosophy, and a better understanding of choosing the right foods to aid in my healthy lifestyle.

For The Challenge, I used the entire product line. I start my day with and MRP and a SuperGreens with fiber, 2 vitamins and a complete burn. I have a snack mid-morning with a Digest Ultra, if necessary. Then, for lunch, another 2 vitamins and Digest Ultra with my food. Some days, I will have another Complete Burn around lunch time. After that, an afternoon snack. After my work out, I have an MRP; later, dinner with 2 vitamins and a digest ultra. For an evening snack, I have another supergreens with fiber. Before bed, I have a Probiotic Ultra and 2 Repair Ultra.

Exercise was something that I knew was important to my success for my transformation. I began seeing a personal trainer, something I never would have had the courage to do, before being motivate on The Challenge. I began seeing her 2 days a week and she provided me with a plan for the rest of the week. A typical week would be a 6-day a week work out with 1 rest day. The 2 days with the trainer were the most intense and the other 4 were simply at home with no equipment but a yoga mat! Most weeks, I hit my 6 day per week goal, but some weeks it would be 4 or 5 times.

Overall, The Challenge has impacted me profoundly. Seeing other people get motivated and being part of a community of people that are doing The Challnege to reach their own goals is very inspiring. Working with other people toward our individual goals is rewarding. It's been exciting to see my own changes and the changes of others around me who are participating in The Challenge too. My childhood best friend and I have a weekly dinner and workout "date" to keep each other motivated and it's not only fun, but inspiring. My sister is joining the next Challenge with me and I am so excited to get to see the impact that it will have on her. For myself, The Challenge has been such a motivator to become my best self. I have confidence that I haven't had in years, not only because of my physical changes, but because I have dedicated myself to something, stuck to it, and have results. I feel better than I have in a number of years, and I know The Challenge has just been a catalyst for this continued change and outlook!
