Before i even picked up a weight, before i knew anything about diet and nutrition, I always had envisioned myself to have a muscular body. I guess the same can go for a lot of people, some will argue that people have cheated to get there or some are just lucky they have the genetics. I used to make the same excuses for years when I wasn't getting the results i wanted. I made excuses because i was frustrated that i was putting my body through so much pain, and still couldn't develop the physique i wanted. At times i had quit, gained weight and started all over again. The worst came at the beginning of 2013 when i reached my max weight of 94kg and couldn't even fit into my clothes anymore. i felt lazy during my workouts, lazy in my life and for most of the days during the week i would barely leave the house let alone my bedroom. It wasn't until my brother came to me, showed me this opportunity and told me how the products will change my life.

A couple months later after getting used to the products and feeling great about myself, getting out more and actually doing something with my life. The time came when i was motivated to really drop that 94kg and get back into shape, fit into my clothes, live a healthy life and have the physique i dreamed. I had the decision to to pick either slim or sculpt category because i knew i wanted to lose weight, but having a good physique was my main goal, so i selected the sculpt category. But that never stopped me from slimming down, so to lose all that weight and sustain good muscle mass was a great achievement for me and this is just a baby step to where i want to go.
