As far back as I can remember, I struggled with my weight. My father was obese, so perhaps I picked up on his eating habits - I LOVED FOOD. Looking back, I am not sure how I let myself get as big as I did, but it happened.
Earlier this year something clicked. My wife was pregnant, I was in better shape than before, but still had a long way to go. I decided that I needed to get my health on track. I decided that I wanted to be a prime example of health and wellness for our daughter.
I went from looking at myself as not worth much, to feeling happy to look at myself in the mirror. For the first time in my life, I can actually see biceps starting to emerge!
I used many of the YOR Health products. My daily routine was:
-YOR SuperGreens when I woke up
-YOR MRP shortly after for breakfast
-YOR Daily Pack at lunch and dinner
-YOR Daily Pack before bed.
This was SO easy for because I am constantly on the go. It takes me 30 seconds to make my SuperGreens before work, and the same to make my MRP at work.
I teach LaBlast 4-6 times per week, so that is my exercise. Every now and then I got out running.
YOR Health has helped give me the a better quality of life. I am not worried that I will not have the energy to play with my daughter when she gets older. I have hope for both my health and my family's health now. I have gotten so excited about becoming healthier that I am even running 2 5K's this winter. I used to HATE running.
