This is my 2nd challenge and a total of 16 weeks of healthy eating and training.

During this challenge I attended a DXA scan which reported that my body fat % was within normal range, lean muscle mass on 12th percentile and my bone density is above average.

I have continued to lose weight and not gained any of the weight I lost in the 1st YOR Best Body Challenge No. 13.


Products I used and continue to use are:

YOR Essential Vitamin, YOR Repair Ultra, YOR Complete Burn, YOR MRP Shake, YOR Supergreens. The YOR Complete Burn has been taken off the Australian market but I have my own supply which was purchased by my daughter and friend when they were in the United States - and this makes me very happy - where there is a will there is a way.

Each YOR produce I took daily and followed the directions on the package not exceeding the daily recommended amount.

I exercised almost every day doing either/or a combination of the following:

Walking/Jogging Intervals for approximately 11km
Running up and down Iron Cove Bridge stairs 30-50 times
Triceps dips x 40 x 3
Free weights and fixed weights
Rowing Machine - 6000m
Cycle Intervals Level 12/20 - 25km
Abs Challenge Exercises

Since commencing these challenges I have decided to take my 'health & fitness' ethic to a new level. I am motivated to write and have published some fitness articles that will motivate and inspire other men and women who are 50 years and over to make positive health behaviour changes.
