Yo me entere del reto por publicaciones de amigos en facebook, los cuales estaban obteniendo resultado en sus cuerpos y yo al igual que ellos quería obtener y me puse en contacto con ellos y me explicaron lo del reto de 8 semanas. Inicie el reto con un peso de 85.7kgs de los cuales me propuse perder 13.6kgs, para ello comense a someterme a un régimen de control de peso ayudado con los productos yor health tales como la proteína yor MRP, el super green, yor fiber plus, digest ultra, probiotic ultra, yor repair, yor berry blast y el yor completeburn. Los tomaba de forma alternada diariamente como lo indica el instructivo , acompañado de una rutina diaria de ejercicios cardiovasculares combinados con pesas.
Concluí el reto con un peso de 78.5kgs lo cual indica que no logre perder por completo los 13.5kgs, pero no importa por que con esto he logrado mucho ya que he aprendido a comer y a nutrirme mejor cosa que no hacia y me siento con mas animo y energía que antes ademas de que siento mi cuerpo mas definido que antes y en mejor condición física. no se crean que esto se termino aquí en el reto y nada mas , no yo seguiré con mi rutinas de ejercicios y consumiendo los productos porque quiero seguir este estilo de vida sano que empece cuando conosi a yor health.
