Mi primer peso fue 180lb y en el primer reto logre bajar a 163 lb, continue con mi segundo reto y baje a 154 lb, el producto lo uso diariamente el shake es mi desayuno todos los dias con la fibra y el super green,tambien tomo las vitaminas y el complete burn, en la mediodia como mi comida saludable y me tomo mi digest ultra y otro complete burn, y para la noche ceno mi shake con fibra y super green y tambien una vitamina y un repair, ejercicio lo hago 3 veces a la semana, mi clase de aqua work y zumba.
