Yor Health 8 week challenge has changed my life tremendously. I entered the challenge when my third son was only 2 1/2 WEEKS OLD! I was not sure I would be able to reach my goals so quickly, but I was ready to give it a shot. As many MOMS know, having a baby changes your body and it is not always easy to recover from. This is my third c-section, so with that being a major surgery I was unable to workout for the first five weeks. Once my doctor gave me clearance to workout, I must admit I was pretty inconsistent. Having three young boys does not make for much free time. THANKFULLY, taking my YOR HEALTH products made life much easier for me. In EIGHT WEEKS I have shed more weight than I did for the first SIX MONTHS after having my first two sons. They are now 5 and 3! I exclusively breast feed my son and have been taking YOR Daily packs, fiber plus, supergreens, and MRP. Even with a less than perfect diet and only random workouts I AM REACHING GOALS while being healthy and able to nurture my son!!! Being a new mom has enough trials and tribulations.
