I am so excited to have completed my first challenge! I have been using the products for over a year and already had seen incredible results that included getting off 9 different prescription medications and drastically dropping my division 1 race times. But this challenge was a different experience. I loved having a goal to push for, and end date in sight, and friends to do the challenge with.

When I started, I weighted 135 lbs and was at 22.8% body fat. My goal was to put on 10 pounds, and in doing that, hope to tone up my stomach and legs, and increase my upper body strength. After 8 weeks, I weigh 145 pounds! I gained 10 pounds (assuming) partially of muscle and lowered my body fat percentage to 20.1%.

I used YOR MRP, Supergreens, probiotics, repair, digest ultra, and essential vitamin. I typically had 2 MRPs a day, one for breakfast and one pre or post workout.

Outside of the products, I exercise at least 6 days a week. I minimized my cardio and focused solely on lifting to put on muscle. I also have cleaned up my eating habits by focusing on adding more protein and vegetables, and less sugars and (unhealthy) fats to my diet.

This challenge drastically changed my life because it was the perfect amount of time to change my habits. I am now so much more dedicated to my health than I ever have been and am in the best shape of my life!
