Superé mi meta! baje mas de lo que pense que podría bajar y use todos los productos del paquete bestbody! estoy feliz, cuando empecé pesaba 70 kg y me sentía cohibida por que no me podia poner toda la ropa que me gustaria y eso me hacia ser muy intolerante a todo, mi humor no era siempre el mejor.
Esta fui mi rutina dia a dia con el regimen del reto: al levantarme tomaba mi repair y probioticos con agua, a las 9 am tomaba mi malteada, luego a las 11:30 me comia un snack de pocas caloría y ya a la hora de la comida comía normal. A las 4 tomaba el berry blast y durante mi comida tomaba mi supergreens con mi jugo favorito, agua de limon! Hacia una hora diaria de zumba aqui en mi colinia y eso me permitio mejorar mi estado de animo fisico y mental.
