Hello everybody!! I just want to say good luck to all the other challengers! This expierence has been an amazing one so far and I can't wait for more!
My goal in this challenge was to be able to do a pullup. I guess I didn't specify but I wanted to be able to do a wide grip one. I didn't make it to my goal but I can do chin ups and a shoulder width pullup. So that is still a sucess in my book. In the process I lost 8lbs and I couldn't be happier.
These past 8 weeks have really changed my life for the better. I am a new mother to a daughter less than 6 months old and I feel without Yor Health I wouldn't be where I am today. Being a new mom there's always those people who tell you, "You'll never have your prebaby body back," but I'm here to prove them wrong! Yor Health has given me the vechile to do just that. On top of my "Prebaby Body" I have so much more energy and I just feel amazing! I have to say a new mother with an infant having lots of energy is rarely heard of, but I am one of those!! Thanks Yor Health!
Throughout these past 8 weeks I have been taking the daily packs, supergreens, fiber, and meal replacement shakes. I love having my supergreens mixed with the fiber with my morning snack. That has became my routine. I have been using the meal replacment shakes in the evening to replace dinner or I would use it as my post workout protein shake. I would try to get in the gym at least 4 times a week but would workout at least 5 times a week. These 8 weeks has had a huge impact on my life and I am ready for more to come.
