I Started at 75kg and ended at 75kg. I guess my fat turned into muscles! I'm supposed to weight between 70-80kg so this is great!
I've used Essential Vitamins everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The vitamins helps me focus and concentrate. It gives me more vitality and helps me with the good mood.
I've used the Digest Ultra for lunch and dinner. With the Digest Ultra i really feel that i get the most out of my meals, it's important because as the say, 80% of the workout is in the kitchen ;)
