Completé mi ciclo número dos!!! La verdad me siento muy contento de haber llegado hasta aquí. Durante este ciclo no sólo mis cambios físicos resultaron interesantes dado que incrementé la intensidad de mis rutinas así como modifiqué la forma de tomarme el producto.
La pequeña diferencia respecto al ciclo pasado fue que mi poderoso Yor shake me lo tomaba inmediatamente después d mi rutina de ejercicio, consistente en ejercicios cardiovasculares con peso muerto que iban de 40 minutos a 1 hora, que, aunque pudo haber sido más frecuente, los realizaba 3 veces por semana, además de que los fines de semana solía correr entre 5 y 10 km para soltar la semana.
A pesar de todos los contratiempos en mi vida durante este mes, en el cual estuve enfocado en otros aspectos de mi vida, considero que este fue el primer paso para la transformación completa que busco en´el aspecto físico, además que me ha enseñado a administrar y optimizar los tiempos que tengo dedicados para mis futuros ciclos
