Hi my name is Jackie Nolan. Before the Challenge, I thought that I was in decent shape. Afer all, I was working out three times a week and was not overweight. But now that I have completed the Challenge, I realize that I had a lot of room for improvement. My goal for the Challenge was to get more fit, lean up, and build muscle. I accomplished this and more! I am now in the best shape of my life, I dropped 20 lbs, built lean muscle, and developed my endurance. I am also eating healthier and feel better than ever!
Now, in addition to working out three times a week, i also run twice a week. I used to run three miles before the Challenge, now I run 13 miles. I have also added spinning to my routine.
I encourage each person out there to commit to the 8 Week Challenge. You too can be healthier and feel better than you do now.
