Before being told about the Yor Health Products and the Yor Best Body challenge, I was able to lose 72 pounds. My highest weight was 222 pounds. Once I made it to 150 pounds, I plateaued. I could not get under 150 and stay under. My weight fluctuated between 149 and 153. With the help of the Yor Health products and the challenge, I have not only been able to get past the plateau, but was able to lose 12 pounds. By using the daily packs, the Complete Burn and replacing one meal a day with the MRP shakes, what I had thought impossible making me want to give up, because possible.
