I started this challenge weighing in at 195 and ended at 188. Not only did I loose weight but more important I lost inches from my body. I lost 1.5 inches from my bust, 3 inches from my waist (eeek!) and 3 inches from my hips. Thats the first thing everyone started to notice since I have a "Pear" shapped figure. My face started clearing up more, you can notice a brighter complexion. Like a lot of people I thought the pounds were gonna melt away but I learned that if I wanted something that BAD I was gonna work that HARD for it.
When I began this 8 week challenge I was excited and my expectations were very high. I figured 8 weeks eh! I got this! I ordered the Yor MRP in vanilla and chocolate along with Yor digest ultra and Yor complete burn. In the morning as soon as I woke up I took my Yor complete burn with a tall glass of water, since it was recommended to me. My breakfast for the first 2 weeks of this challenge was a Yor MRP shake. I added frozen berries to it when ever I wanted an extra treat. For my snack I had an apple or a yogurt. At lunch time I had my grilled chicken or fish fillete with whole grain rice and veggies, with of course my Yor digest ultra. Then a few hours later I had another snack like granola a fruit or a veggie. For dinner I had my Yor MRP shake with a fruit. I made sure I drank plenty of water through out the day. I had about 2 gallons of water a day. With the Yor MRP I never felt hungry or weak. I was always full and satisfied. I NEVER had any headaches like I would with those other diets. I must say I was surprised I didn't feel tired or grumpy. I said in the beginning that I had a Yor MRP shake for the first two weeks because my eating habits improved with this diet that I didn't feel I was on a diet. I started having healthier breakfast.
My excersise routine started very light and it only included a light walk of about 30-45 minutes a day.I wasn't taking my excersise very serious I thought that eating right was enough. Then all of a sudden I hit a plateau in my weight drop. So little by little I started adding more and more to my excersise routine. I got very excited when I started seeing more changes in my body. That excited that I made a commitment to myself and enrolled in a gym. For the second time in my life but this time it felt different. I know what I want and I knew I couldn't afford to give up. I work out from 1 to 2 hours every other day. I make sure that do not go more than 2 days without going to the gym. If I do go more than 2 days I make sure I make it up and work twice as hard when I got back. When I don't have time to go to the gym I get on my treadmill at home or run all of my errands by foot, since the grocery store is about 1.5 miles away. Making sure I get some sort of excersise daily is hard but not impossible. With the right supplements from my Yor diet I get all the energy I need to keep going.
This challenge was not as easy as I thought it would be. There were some minor set backs along the way but all I had to do is look at all the before and after pictures on this website or the hash tags on the social media and vuala I was back on track. I remember writing on my journal that I wanted to do this for my self and I do! I want to be able to keep up with my son since he has a lot of energy. I notice that I have been able to keep up with him and more. My selfesteem has gotten a lot better since. I'm not where I want to be but I am so much closer to my goal. Thanks to this challenge I see that I am not a lone in this weightloss battle. My family has been very supportive and they were the first ones to notice the changes in my figure. I look at my before pictures and I know for sure that I don't want to ever go back to that again. I worked so hard to get to where I'm at, that going back to my old lifestyle is not an option. I've learned portion control and to give my body what it needs not what it thinks it wants. With this diet I noticed that I don't crave fatty foods as much as I did before because I'm always satisfied. Also I've learned to make healthier better choices at home or when I go out to eat. 2 months ago I wouldn't of thought there were healthy choices at restaurants but there is, you just gotta ask. Thanks to this challenge I've accomplished part of my New Years resolution! I feel so proud of myself and I feel healthier and more confident.
