Starting the challenge, I had always wanted to lose weight and tried many things and exercises before but never got the results I wanted. I decided to give myself a shot with this 8weeks challenge since I was overweight and still young. I started the challenge at 210lbs and very excited because this challenge, every week I kept seeing results and it just got better as the weeks came by. I started my regimen daily with 1Probiotic, 1Repair and 1Complete burn follow by Vanilla MRP mix with Fiber and Supergreen before I took off for the day. I always carried with me my Complete Burn, Digest and Vitamins for lunch and dinner. For snacks I usually have a banana or my small MRP packages with me. Lunch I always made sure I ate light and took my Digestives and Vitamins, and did this religiously. After lunch I would consume my Complete Burn and drink plenty of water. Dinner I made sure I either had my MRP or a light chicken salad and every other day it would alternate back and worth. Every weekday night, I made sure to get my full hour-2hrs of working out, mainly cardio. I especially love the weekends cause I get the luxury of time to workout more and take more products. My initial goal for the challenge was to lose maybe 20lbs I would be happy but completing my 8 weeks, I am down officially 48.3lbs and this is just my first 8weeks challenge. I am going continue for the next cycle so when summer comes around, I can finally be ready to hit the beaches and store for new clothes.
