Hello YOR Health lovers!
My name is Nai and I started this challenge on a great note! I was SUPER excited seeing all the Winners being crowned Champions at the YOR Health Annual Conference this year that when I first got back home I entered myself into the challenge. I was very lucky to steal some time from Brigitte Pink (1st place Champion from Australia WOOT WOOT!)She was such a sweetheart and inspiration, I had to ask her for some tips ^_~
For this time around I worked out 3-4 times a week for about an hour or so. But as the challenge went on and I became busy and I started to not attend the gym as often as I could. BUT! I kept on with my product regimen and made more healthy choices when it came to my meals. I couldn't eat perfectly so I only allow myself one or two cheat meals a week. As for my workout I did target workouts with weights to maximize the 15 min workout I did before bed.
The following is my regimen that I followed for this challenge:
Wake Up: 1 Probiotic & 1 Repair
Breakfast: 2 YOR Essential Vitamins 1 Complete Burn and YOR Shake & YOR Fiber
Snack: YOR Super Greens, Fruits, Veggies, or nuts
Lunch: 2 YOR Essential Vitamin, 1 YOR Complete Burn, 1 Digestive, Meal (usually veggies and some sort of proteins no carbs) 1 YOR Digestive after (like a digestive sandwich =) )
Snack: YOR Super Greens, Fruits, Veggies, or nuts
Dinner: 2 YOR Essential Vitamin , 1 Digestive, Meal (usually veggies and some sort of proteins no carbs) 1 YOR Digestive after (like a digestive sandwich =) )
Late Dinner: 2 Scoop of YOR Shake & YOR Fiber
Bedtime: 1 Probiotic & 1 Repair
In the beginning of my challenge I weighed 110.6 LBS and now I finished my challenge at 107.2 LBS. From this challenge I learned a lot about how good it feels to treat my body correctly. I am a believer that 80% of fitness results come down to what I consume and 20% is from workout activities. I would like to thank YOR Health for making it a lot simpler for me to improve my fitness and help me develop a better healthy lifestyle. I also want to thank my friends who are also in the challenge who pushes me to stick with it. And last but definitely not least, Brigitte Pink; thanks heaps for inspiring me to start and to strive for the green winner shirt! Win or lose I feel like a champion! Thank you everyone!
