Les comparto que en mi primer ciclo de 8 semanas llegue a mi meta baje 2.5 kg (peso inicial 94kg peso final 91.5kg) y 6.5cm de cintura, me uní al Reto con el set Básico supliendo el desayuno por mi Malteada de vainilla, debido a las largas jornadas de trabajo que tengo casi de 12 hr. diarias fueron muy pocos los días que pude hacer ejercicio, por otro lado mi trabajo implica mucho esfuerzo bajar y subir cajas lo que me ayuda a mantenerme en movimiento.
Lo que me a gustado del Reto es que estoy bajando en tallas mi ropa empieza a acomodarse mejor y los pantalones los siento un poco mas flojos, además de sentirme mas ligero.
Me inscribiré en el siguiente ciclo hasta llegar a mi meta final que es de 80kg.
