Before the eight-week challenge, I was fit but I was not healthy. I was comfortable and content with my body. I thought I could do anything I wanted and was not paying close attention to the type of food I was putting in my body. I was not aware of the value of nutrition and I wasn’t disciplined in working out and taking care of my body.
I joined the Yor body eight week challenge with a goal of gaining twelve pounds of muscle. Sculpt my body and have six packs. The challenge was an opportunity to cultivate a healthier lifestyle and in return inspire others to do the same
The Yor body challenge has made me value the Yor health products a lot more because it has improved my workout .My research on nutrition, brought me back to Yor health products. My workout improved magnificently, I went from doing 20 to 50 push-ups, from 100 to 300 sit-ups and from 30 to 60 pound dumbbells press. I regained my will power.
The challenged made me a different person. I took ack control over my time. I got my Will power back. I reached a new climax in my life and I understand happiness through a healthy lifestyle. I am very grateful to have gained 8 pounds of muscle. And I have my six packs. I feel stronger, sexier and unstoppable.
