As someone who's stayed healthy and fit the majority of my life I've never entered into a challenge as I always felt I was working towards improving my fitness and health.. This 8 week challenge has shown me what can be achieved with solid goals, great products and hard work. I gained 2kg halfway to my original goal but something i'm happy with as I've done that whilst also dropping some body fat and moreover the strength gains I've made through this challenge I thought would take me 6 months to achieve.

I've drastically increased my weights and set new personal bests at everything I do in the gym.. The power of good digestion, being alkaline really shine through with consistency and hard work.. The Supergreen Berryblast (Superblast) helped power me through my workouts and repairs made sure I was able to keep coming back day after day..
