My name is Gabriel Lamoureux and before I get into anything about my weight loss and transformation, I would like to just say I couldn't be happier that I am able to look like this. Nine months ago when I began this journey I weighed a total of 270 pounds and worked very hard to get down to the 172 that I am currently maintaining. i was always the stereotypical "fat kid" that people would pick on and make fun of as I walked down the hallways. I feel like I have already won with how I look today. This is only a milestone for me, I'm dreaming of big things in the upcoming years. Seeing that I have come this far I know I can achieve anything I set my mind to. I plan on running in a Tough Mudder come this spring and take a couple more years and train for a body building competition.
As for products I used the yor health protein for a little while and also the energy fat burning supplement, before every workout.
This challenge has honestly changed my life for the better, i have made leaps and bounds in becoming healthier and am looking to help others that would like my assistance.
