Hola soy Any Chavez desde hace 21 años empece a lidiar con mi exceso de peso probe todas las dietas y los tratamientos que salian para bajar y el resultado era que estaba como la rueda de la fortuna subia y bajaba hasta que termine diciendome que ya no podia que era dificil que por la edad y miles de cuentos que inventaba hasta que me decidi y me hice responsable de mi misma y primero me acepte asi tal cual exceso de peso con lonja pansa etc. segundo entendi que tenia que poner el ejemplo de lo increible del producto para lograr las metas de salud.
Yo consumo todos los productos y empece a tomarlos como debe de ser y las cantidades necesarias
Empece a ser constante en el gym y empece a ir a caminar 6 dias a la semana
Cuando vi la diferencia en las fotos me di cuenta que si se puede solo es no darse por vencido y voy por el siguiente reto
