When I started my challege I started at 174 pounds today I weight 156. I've struggled with my weight since I was 13 years old. In high school I tried to loose weight by exercising, I put in a lot of time/effort and got very little results. I ended up trying over the counter weight loss fat burners, pills,and shakes. I would loose weight but balloon back up as soon as I stopped taking them. I stopped eating and in time I became anemic. After that terrible phase I stopped trying to loose weight but decided to be a bit healthier. After having my two babies I no longer felt attractive, I had reached 179 pounds.I began hiding from the camera, even when taking pictures with my children. I came to this realization and decided it was time to change my habits. In June 2013 I started to walk 5 days a week, and in two months I had only lost 4 pounds this was disappointing luckily our friend introduced my husband and I to Yor Health. I was not sure of this product, having already tried so many supplements I was afraid of the side effects. I start my morning by taking two Yor Repair ultra, one Yor probiotics ultra, and Yor MRP meal replacement. For lunch I take one Yor digest ultra, and one Yor Complete burn. for dinner Yor MRP meal replacement and one Yor Repair ultra. No special diet. I did this for the entire challenge and walked for about 40 minutes 2 or 3 times a week. I've lost 18 pounds and my self esteem is back, I feel good about this accomplishment and I want to continue. I will turn 31 on November 12th, the day after I finish my challenge. It would be the best gift if I were to win, even though I already feel like a winner because I feel great.
