Estoy muy contenta ahora que termino este ciclo! Hace mucho que no recordaba pesar menos de 50 kg!! Y aunque aun no logre mi meta de definir más mi abdomen porque el primer mes del reto la verdad no me aplique con la alimentación al final empecé a cuidarla un poco mas y a hacer algo de ejercicio! La verdad es que con los productos se me hace súper fácil! Me desayuno mi malteada, en la tarde mi hora verde de antioxidantes con el supergreens y antes de dormir mis probioticos!
