Hola Retadores!!!!

En este ciclo me quede igual pesando 100kg pero donde si tuve cambios fue en medidas y los resultados fueron los siguientes:

Busto:-8cm (117 a 109 cm)
Cintura: -6cm (115 a 108 cm)
Cadera : 4cm (124-120cm)

los produtos que utilizo son los siguientes:

7 am :al despertar 2 vitaminas y supergreen con agua y un limon.


10 am un desayuno ligero + complete burn

1.30 pm 2 vitaminas + 1 digesth ultra + comida balanciada


cena : Yor mrp de Vainilla + fibra + 2 repair

no realizado ejercicio, en el siguiente reto ya podre realizar ya que con 13 kilos menos que llevo en total, mi cuerpo ya puede soportar una rutina.

para mi el reto a sido lo mejor que me a pasado los cambios en mi mentalidad, manera de ver la vida han impactado muy positivamente a mi vida y me siento muy feliz!!!!
