Starting the 8weeks challenge I had weigh in at 120lbs which is fairly normal for my size. I wanted to sculpt into my best shape ever. I fell off the wheel recently and now determine to make positive changes in myself. I adjusted my regimen to my normal

Complete burn upon waking up and empty stomach. Get dress and ready to go, with my triple scoop vanilla mrp+supergreen+fiber and about my day. I time myself with taking 1 complete burn every 3hrs exact from time of the first one. Stay actively moving and exercise everyday other day. For lunch I take 1digest, 2vitamins, then eat light enough to not feel full and sleepy. Dinner I repeated
Same step and if I hit the gym that night, I take my mrp with me. I'm so excited for the new muscle energy so going to use that on my next challenge.
