When I started the challenge my weight was 90kg, and my goal was to increase my muscle mass by 4kg whilst decreasing my body fat percentage.
I used the supergreens twice every day, as well as the pro biotics, digest ultra, berry blast, repair, and fibre.
My exercise regime consisted of 4 weight sessions per week and at least 3 cardio sessions.
I was able to reach my target goal of 94 kg, and I feel absolutely great. Adding that extra muscle has allowed me to feel more powerful and strong in every thing i do, and I have become addicted to lifting weights. Every time I lift I get a rush that makes me feel incredible, even when I don't feel like working out I know that if i push through it then I will feel amazing afterwards. That mindset has allowed me to create good habits, and workout whenever others may easily find an excuse not to.
The yor products have allowed me to push myself as hard as I can and know that I am going to recover to a high level, and be able to back it up the next day.
