This has been a HUGE change for me, my first transformation and i owe it to Yor health! These products have been in assisting me to lose body fat and help me get closer to the body I have always wanted. Ive never felt so energised and fresh.
Every morning I took Super greens, fibre and berry blast (superBlast)
But after 5 weeks i started taking just the super greens and fibre and taking a berry blast about mid day depending on my energy levels.
I took 2 digests a day, 1 probiotic every night, and 2 multi V's once a day.
I exercised about 5 times a week and kept my eating fairly clean, I did eat a little junk here and there but nowhere near as much as i used too.
This challenged has given me the results to be a lot more confident with my body and i cant wait to start another one! I hope this motivates a lot more people to get in shape, to get fit and most of all get healthy!
