Hi Everyone!

I have to say these last 8 weeks was an experimenting challenge. what i did differently was that i am not a cook. so since I work full time i usually replace my meal with the shake or find something "healthier to eat" that's around me. This time I decided to prep my meals and brin lunch to work.
All i know are the basics like chicken and rice, baking salmon, meat, cous cous, mixed greens. not only that i saved money, i also saved a little bit of time. and it was an adjustment for me that im ettin used to. Im actually enjoying the fact that i am making food and prepping my meals before hand. I think the key to better health is the food that you eat. I dont always want to eat out. I would like to experiment the kitchen. So these past 8 weeks was fun cus now i et to cook and know what I put in my food.
Also on top of eating better, im working out three days a week in my busy schedule that's including zumba. im happy that i changed my eating habits its true what they say. "abs are made in the kitchen" =)

As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
