Inicie este segundo ciclo de reto con un peso de 64kg. Y termino muy satisfecha con 60kg. Arranque con el paquete balance y no puedo explicar las ansias que siento de saborear por las mananas mi malteada. Utilice dos o tres veces por semana el supergreens como colacion, me encanta con mango.
