In September I started this challenge with the intention of changing my lifestyle and maintaining one suitable for me. I was a bit skeptical at first because sad to say I'm a non believer, however once I started the challenge, within weeks I began to feel a difference. I never had the energy to start working out nor did I have the will to start eating healthy. As I started doing these things, people around me started to notice a difference and began encouraging me to continue. There were moments I wanted to quit but hearing people around say how proud they were of me kept me going. I started off by setting 6 alarms on my phone daily to remind me of which products to take. I quit drinking soda and juice (unless natural smoothies) and I would only eat fruits or vegetables through my day. Nothing fried, sugary or salty. Then I started off by working out twice a week now I workout 4x a week mostly with a partner. I still have a lot of work to do and I'm not at my best body yet, but I know I'll get there by my ultimate goal... Which is by my 25th bday in March! Both of my parents passed away from cancer and they're my motivation to live a healthy lifestyle so I can pass this knowledge onto my children and friends. THANK YOU YORHEALTH FOR CHANGING MY LIFE!
