I was 49kg and dropped to 47.6kg!
I religiously take all the products!
Breakfast is MRP, fibre plus, supergreens and berry blast
With lunch and dinner I take the essential vitamins and digest ultra
And before bed I have the repair ultra and probiotics!

Closer to comp day, I had to eliminate MRP because of the carbohydrates, and so I stuck with 100%whey
I also took complete burn in the weeks leading up to comp'!

My training is in pole dancing, I train mostly everyday - resting on the days I don't feel as strong! I also lift some weights at the gym and do a lot of walking!

This challenge has really given me such a great start to my life in the fitness industry and has helped given me the recognition to kick start my personal training and fitness modelling career!
