Hola. Este es mi tercer reto y tengo que reconocer que no tuve tanta oportunidad para dedicarme como yo hubiera querido. Me enfermé a mitad del ciclo por andar comiendo tacos en la calle, así que me partió el ritmo y las ganas de ejercitarme hasta no estar bien recuperado.
Mi meta era recuperar peso subiendo masa muscular y aunque los resultados son pocos me siento muy bien y con el hábito de cuidar mi salud y ejercitarme sin que me cueste tanto trabajo.
En el reto siguiente me pondré más las pilas para dar otro salto y lograr mis metas.
Sigo consumiendo básicamente la malteada, el reparador, las vitaminas y el digest ultra. Definitivamente siento la diferencia cuando dejo de tomarlo en mi rendimiento al hacer ejercicio y sobre todo en mi nivel de energía después y al día siguiente, en lugar de sentirme cansado, me siento normal y con ganas de hacer más lagartijas. Ahora incorporaré el nuevo producto para reforzar mi entrenamiento.
