Bonjour à tous! Voilà la fin de mon cinquième cycle déjà! Mes objectifs de stabilité sont toujours atteint, depuis le début du Challenge je n'ai jamais été aussi en forme!
Je maintiens mon poids à 73kg et je commence à prendre de la masse musculaire dans le haut du corps. Je me suis fais mal au poignet après 4 semaines et j'ai donc bien diminué mes séances de fitness, pourtant des résultats sont quand même visibles.
Je consomme quotidiennement les vitamines, le supergreen, la glucosamine, la lutéine, les fibres, les omégas 3 et de temps en temps le MRP.
Allier sport et parfaite nutrition amène vraiment un style de vie génial, je recommande le challenge à tout le monde!
