I am so excited to have completed my 2nd challenge, losing another 23 pounds.
I continue to improve with my health and fitness daily. I continue to walk daily, building up to 16 miles a week. I am getting faster, more agile and my stamina and breathing are better than they have been in years! Most importantly, as my health improves, the complications from my car accident have been gradually diminishing. I have fewer limitations and can play with my son like a normal mother. My outook on life and confidence is growing! As my confidence increases, I have also been able to face post traumatic stress disorder counseling from my accident which I could not have done a few months ago.
I continue to get great results from my slim set, taking my probiotics in the morning and two MRPs during the day! The digest ultra allows me to have a sensible dinner and still get great results.
Another moral victory.... This week I graduated to the "normal" side of the clothing store. My fat clothes are history!
In an effort to pay it forward and share my results, I formed a walking group at work to get people up, out and active at lunch time. So far I have been successful in recruiting several co-workers to join the challenge!
