I continued to have great success using the Yor Health Slim Set. Although my results were slower during challenge #3, I attained several milestones and am closer to my final goal. I continue to use two MRP's per day. Probiotics, in the morning, complete burn spaced throughout the day and Repair Ultra morning and night. I have also started taking the fiber and supergreens in the morning as an additional supplement. For 4 months I had resisted as that green color just freaked me out, but now that is the start to my day!! They kick butt! The first was reaching 100 pounds lost! Motivationally and emotionally, that was a big hurdle. My confidence in my ability to do this is really high! My overall health and digestive health is also better than it has been in YEARS. I am feeling terrific in those areas. My challenge within this challenge has been my back. I had been dealing with back pain since a fall in March, 2013. Since coming back from California in September, it has been chronic and has left me unable to walk or use the gym as I had been doing under past challenges. It has left me unable to straighten fully on many days and in significant pain with lower back fatigue. It has been EXTREMELY frustrating, however I was proud that I got the results I did almost exclusively from using the products and watching my meals. So my second accomplishment was the more focused awareness of what I was consuming - reading labels and trying to stay more green and organic.
