I took my products daily, according to the product usage guide found on the YOR website.

I exercised five times a week. I did cardio sculpting twice a week, piloxing with weights, rebounding with some weight training, and yoga. I love to go walking. As a teacher, I'm on my feet a lot and walk a great deal every day.

The challenge has helped me focus on being a healthier person, and focusing on my goals. When I've been stressed or tired and want to give up, I look at my challenge bands and push myself to keep going. This has been a journey about self discovery, and I cannot weight to continue it! The best part is hearing from others how much I'm inspiring them. YOR Health and the 8 Week Challenge has introduced me to many wonderful people and brought more happiness into my life, and I hope to share that with others!
