Although my weight loss hasn't been a huge number this time around I look and feel amazing. The Supergreens have helped re-charge my life, and helped boost my immunity and I've noticed a change in the glow of my skin. I love, love, LOVE, the YOR Shake Vanilla which I take either for my breakfast in the morning or after an intense workout. Its so yummy and there's so many different recipes you can use to mix things up! I have also been using my Digest Ultra when I eat my lunch and dinner (my heaviest meals) and have noticed I do not have any bloating after eating a heavy meal. I don't feel super tired after my meals, leaving me energy to focus at work after lunch, or workout at the end of a long day.

7 pounds may not be my original goal, however it is a step to where I want to be. Throughout my life, I have been in struggle with my weight and body image---I was always yo-yo-ing up and down the scale, and felt self-conscious, irritable and unhappy. Now, I am able to fit into a size 10 dress for my best friends wedding after being a 16 last May and a 12 at the begging of this challenge cycle. I know the size of clothing shouldn't matter, but the feeling that I get when I look in the mirror and say "wow! that's me!"--that's amazing.

All in all, I feel fantastic and have found a new sense of confidence. I cant wait to start my next cycle and really push myself to my goal!
