HELLO!!! Excuse the capitals and exclamation points, I am just that excited to write this and be able to reflect and share how far I have come with this challenge, and how proud of myself I am.

My name is Jade Northcott, I am 21 years old, and started this challenge weighing 66kg (1 kg less than my highest weight). Being only 161cm tall, this put me in the “overweight” BMI category.
With this challenge, I have been able to get down to 58.8kg, a weight I have not seen on the scale for years.

Growing up very active and petite as a gymnast, I never had problems with my weight, but became very conscious of it. Over the years I sustained injuries from my sport, causing me to quit and become quite un-active. I started to turn towards food in times of boredom, not realising the effects this would have on my body, my confidence and my self-perception.
I was soon in a cycle of over-eating, and began under-eating to compensate.
My weight was always fluctuating, my confidence was low and I was always feeling tired, exhausted and developed a very negative mindset. I could only fit into half the clothes in my wardrobe, so getting ready to go out became extremely frustrating. I began avoiding some social situations and feared the summer, making it common for me to find excuses to not go to the beach, just so I wouldn’t feel the shame I felt wearing a bikini.
It came to a point where I felt I was not getting out of this cycle, and that this was just who I was, and who I was deemed to be.

It was not until recently, when I started using the YOR Health products that I started getting some of my old energy and motivation back. I was starting to feel more refreshed, more energetic and like change was possible. I learnt about the 8-week best body challenge, and decided to give it a go. I signed up on a Monday night in a fit of spontaneity, and promised myself I would give it my all.

I set my food and nutrition goal to include 5-6 small meals a day, ensuring I was eating every few hours to avoid feeling hungry or depleted in any way. I have a treadmill and light weights at home, so set my exercise goal to be at least 5 days per week of 30 minutes on the treadmill (walking/jogging/running alternations) and at least 2 days per week of 30 minutes of a light weights circuit.

For my challenge, I was using all the YOR Health products. Upon waking I would have 1 repair ultra, a shake with berry blast, super greens and fibre, and an MRP for Breakfast. This morning wake-up routine would always have me feeling awake and ready for the day. I would take my 6 essential vitamins daily, 2 with each of my 3 biggest meals. Also I had 2 digest ultras daily, 1 with each of my 2 biggest meals. Before bed, I would always take a probiotic ultra and another repair ultra capsule. I was also ensuring I was drinking enough water throughout the day too.

Even with work, uni and social commitments, I managed to stick to my fitness and nutrition goals the whole way through my challenge. There were times I did eat out, I did indulge in sweets or have a sneaky alcoholic beverage or two. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t depriving myself, and could achieve the goals I wanted whilst sticking to a roughly 80/20 lifestyle (80% clean and healthy eating and 20% indulgence).
As the weeks went by, my weight loss was steady, averaging 1kg per week. Instead of hitting that 2kg or 3kg weight loss plateau I normally would, I pushed past this with ease and continued to keep losing weight and feeling more vivacious and bubbly.

After 3 weeks on this challenge, and the results I was getting, I had full faith in the products, and the company, that I also signed up as an Independent representative.
My energy levels were soaring, my sleeping patterns and quality were improved, my skin was clearer and brighter, my nails were getting stronger, my concentration and focus was enhanced, my ability to exercise and recover was significantly increased, and I was feeling better overall wellbeing, happiness and positivity. These results continued to improve over the final 5 weeks, with the weight continuing to fall off.

These results, combined with the accountability of being involved in the challenge, really kept me pushing and on track with my goals. I could feel my vision of healthiness, happiness and increased energy coming alive and I was so excited that I could achieve this, without extreme dieting or excessive exercise or a crazy and dramatic lifestyle change.

Starting on the YOR Health products, being part of this challenge and becoming part of this amazing company have been 3 of the best choices I have made. Anyone thinking about joining this challenge, for whatever reason, just do it. Trust me, you will not regret it!

Please be advised that the testimonials contained on this website and any other publication or printed materials reflect only the experiences of the customer who has provided the testimonial. YOR Health does not make any claim that such experiences are typical or are indicative of future performance or success of using one of their products.

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
