Hola mi nombre es Gustavo Valentin,yo inicie el Reto sin creer mucho en los productos,pero tenia 3 meses haciendo ejercicio sin obtener resultados,y al comenzar el RETO en las primeras tres semanas empece a notar mas definicion en mis brazos y baje en la primera semana 2 kilos,asi poco a poco empece a motivarme mas y comence a comprometerme cada dia a hacer ejercicio,haciendo una rutina de una hora o hora y media diaria de pesas y cardio,sin abusar de el ejercicio por la condicion de mi columna vertebral, ya que esta recosntruida por una operacion, no debo de levantar mucho peso.
Comence a usar los productos,sobre todo la Malteada,en el desayuno y despues de el ejercicio,durante la rutina tomo mi Berry Blast o Super Greens y he tratado de comer sano,y a medio dia en mi comida tomo El Digest Ultra,son los unicos productos que he utilizado y estoy muy contento con los resultados,porque logre bajar mas de la meta que me habia puesto estoy en 92.5 kilos,y la ropa que no usaba en mucho tiempo ahora me queda!!
