when I started my challenge i was 101kg and now im done to a massive 89kg which i am soo pumped with!! personally i used all the products the mrp, super greens, repair, fibre, digest and berry blast are all amazing products and i would have them twice a day. without them i wouldn't have achieved results like i did! they helped me recover faster, train harder and they got rid of all my cravings for bad food because my body was getting the nutrients it needed. so threw out the challenge i was able to train 6 days a week. 5 of those where in the gym and on Saturday i went to our awesome free yor health boot camp! this challenge has done so much for me. since i was about 14 i wasn't happy with how my body looked. it really hurt my confidence and it stopped me from doing some things because i was embarrassed. since that age i stared going to gym i tried and spent hundreds on just about every supplement on the market. i also tried some crazy diets i would find online that would never work i was really about to give up. trying yor health was the best decision i ever made. the results i have seen in just this last 8 weeks are a million times better then i got over the last years! i look so much better but i feel amazing i got more confidence nothing can stop me now! thanks to yor health!
