Mi nombre es Diana, quiero compartirles que era muy difícil bajar de peso, había intentado de todo. Hoy las cosas son diferentes junto con YOR surgió en mi un estilo de vida que me llena de satisfacción y mis días son con mucha energía. No me gustaba hacer ejercicio y gracias a YOR me motivo a cambiar mi estilo de vida sedentaria y ahora el ejercicio es parte de mí, me gusta mi cuerpo y todavía puedo dar mas así que voy por mi segundo ciclo :)!!
Baje 4 kilos pero en talla el cambio es evidente, mis músculos se definieron y vamos por abdomen plano.
Lo primero que hacia al despertar era tomar mi Probiotics junto mi Repair, a media mañana mi MRP. En la hora de la comida mi Digest junto con mi comida (pollo, pescado o res) con verduras al vapor, a media tarde mi Super Greens, durante mi rutina Berry Blast (es fabuloso, me proporcionaba mucha energía) antes de dormir mi MRP o en ocasiones fruta con yogurth!
