¡Hola! Primero que nada quiero agradecer a Dios haberme puesto en mi camino estos maravillosos productos, la verdad pensaba que tenia frente a mi la típica malteada que te dan para bajar de peso, pero poco a poco me di cuenta que mi condición física mejoraba.
El SUPER GREENS me ayudo notablemente reforzando mi sistema inmunológico, pero lo que mas me gusto del reto fue que me ayudo a tener una vida mas saludable y mejor autoestima.
Al despertar me tomaba PROBIOTICS ULTRA con el REPAIR, durante mi rutina de ejercicio me tomo mi SUPER GREENS con BERRY BLAST, saliendo del gym mi super malteada MRP, a media mañana media manzana y a medio día mi DIGEST ULTRA junto con la comida balanceada, me permitía una tortilla. En la merienda una media manzana y en la noche MRP. No olviden tomar mínimo 2 litros de agua :)!!
De peso baje 5 kilos pero en talla me fue super bien, por ejemplo: abdomen 15cm, cadera 9 cm, etc.
