Durante las últimas 8 semanas me he sentido mucho mejor con la combinación del uso de los productos y el ejercicio. Los productos que yo estuve consumiendo fueron los siguientes:
- Primer Mes:
*MRP: Siempre lo tomaba después de la rutina de ejercicio.
*Complete Burn: Tomaba 3 pastillas diarias cada 4 horas.
- Segundo Mes:
*MRP: Después del ejercicio (combinado con supergreens y fibra.
*Supergreens: Después del ejercicio.
*Fibra: Después del ejercicio.
La rutina de ejercicios que seguí al pie de la letra sin fallar ningún día fue el programa "INSANITY". La frecuencia del "INSANITY" es de lunes a sábado y descansando el domingo.
