Por fin termine mi segundo ciclo de reto y más que ver los resultados en la báscula, me complace más ver mis resultados en las fotos ya que inicie con un peso de 79.8 y hoy termino con un peso de 81.2 …que subí de peso!! claro que si!!! pero fue a nivel MUSCULAR en lugar de GRASA lo cual me tiene súper contento!!! ya que los resultados del gym van notándose poco a poco. Gracias a Yor y sus productos se que voy por el mejor camino para lograr my best body ; la forma en que tome los productos fue: los probioticos en ayunas , la malteada en el desayuno, mis enzimas digestivas a la hora de la comida fuerte y una rica agua de frutas acompañada de supergreens, una malteada después del gym y en la noche cena ligera, todo de la mano de un poco de ejercicio de lunes a viernes.
